Nearshore operations
Design a delivery model around language, working hours and the everyday realities of customer demand.
A workable overlap
Nearshore planning is more than choosing a location. Map the hours when customers seek support, the hours when client specialists are available and the moments when a handover is unavoidable. The working overlap must accommodate coaching, incident review and decisions as well as live contact.
A deliberate transition
Document the current process before moving it. Capture access needs, knowledge gaps, exceptions and the decisions that depend on a particular individual. Introduce a limited scope first, review what happens in practice and expand only when ownership and service expectations are clear.
One operating rhythm
A shared review cadence keeps delivery teams and client teams working from the same account of events. Use short operational reviews for immediate issues and separate sessions for structural improvements. Record decisions, owners and dates so that the same discussion does not recur without progress.
