People behind service

Customer service depends on connected responsibilities, from executive direction to the people coaching the next conversation.

Executive direction

Sets the relationship between service strategy, delivery responsibilities and the needs of the organisations served. The Allus business entered Konecta in 2016; historical Allus executives are not presented here as current independent leadership.

Operations leadership

Connects workforce planning, supervisor support and the day-to-day service rhythm. This responsibility brings together live contact, escalation ownership and the back-office work that completes a customer request.

People and learning

Supports recruitment conversations, onboarding and professional development. It works with operational leaders to connect learning with real contact situations and to make expectations understandable from the start.

Quality management

Maintains a common interpretation of service standards and a practical coaching rhythm. Its work includes review calibration, knowledge feedback and the distinction between individual learning needs and process issues.

How responsibilities connect

Service leadership

Connects the service commitment with the authority and capacity to deliver it. Reviews client decisions, escalation ownership and the dependencies between care, operations and back-office teams. Historical Allus leadership remains part of the dated group history rather than a present-day appointment.

Operations management

Coordinates demand, coverage and supervisor support across a working week. Maintains a common view of exceptions and follows decisions through to the responsible team. Reviews recurring contact with quality colleagues rather than treating every peak as a separate event.

People and learning

Owns the professional-interest conversation and connects it with service disciplines. Looks for clear communication, language awareness and evidence of learning from feedback. Supports an understandable transition from introduction to role-specific discussion.

Quality supervision

Turns review findings into usable knowledge and focused coaching. Maintains calibration between reviewers and distinguishes an individual learning need from a process problem. Works alongside operations rather than operating as a separate scoring desk.
